The Happy Maladies
I was surprised to see, when reflecting on my tumblr posts, that I had not yet said anything about The Happy Maladies, who are one of my favorite bands. They were the first ones to play a show at my house, and there is probably no show that could quite match it.
We were unexperienced in hosting house shows, but it seemed like that was the kind of environment they really excelled in. They even brought their own lamp to help with the mood (we later went out and bought a similar one to use at all of our future events).
Here’s some new music from them, although I could never really find the name to the song, it is very exciting to finally hear some new stuff from them. If you don’t have The Sun Shines The Little Children, already then grab it off of i-Tunes or something because this is a band that you will want to remember.
